Sangat popular untuk kanak-kanak dari lahir hingga umur 5 tahun
atau lebih didunia ini,,,
Kegunaan:
Sebagai ubat penahan sakit untuk keadaan:
sakit-sakit ringan,
seperti demam,
sakit kepala,
sakit gigi ,
sakit badan,
sakit tulang dibelakang,
di kaki,di tangan diseluruh badan
Dos:
Frank Shann Drug doses:
Dewasa oral: maksimum 4gm/sehari
:kanak-kanak ,air,syrup paracetamol:
10mg-15mg/kg dos oral mengikut berat badan.
Cara ambil minum:
Ambil selepas makan atau bersama sedikit makanan ,
makan selang masa 6-8 jam atau 3-4 kali dalam sehari
bila perlu mengikut preskripsi doktor
Pengiraan ringkas anggaran dos ubat :
Contoh berat badan anak ialah 10kg :
Dos ubat pengeluar adalah 120mg/5ml =?mg x ?ml
Kiraan Minimum dos sesuai ialah 10mg/kg ,
=Berat badan x minimum dos ÷ Dos Ubat ?mg x?ml
= 10 x 10 = 100÷ 120 x 5ml = 4.2ml untuk diambil.
Kiraan Maksimum dos sesuai ialah 15mg/kg ,,
=Berat badan x maksimum dos ÷ Dos Ubat ?mg x ?ml
=10 x 15 = 150÷ 120 x 5 ml = 6.25ml untuk diambil.
Jika tidak boleh faham tentang kiraan dos,
temui doktor atau farmasi sekitar anda,,
Kesan sampingan:
paling kurang kesan sampingan berbanding penahan sakit lain.
biasa mual,loya muntah,
Awas jika lebih dos temui risiko kegagalan buah pinggang.
Sesuai juga untuk warga emas yang tidak dapat menelan ubat biji ,
pregnancy mother yang tidak dapat menelan ubat biji.
termasuk sesiapa yang tidak dapat atau tidak suka menelan ubat biji.
cuma kurang power untuk orang dewasa ,
lebih power ambil tablet.
Bergantung kepada individu ,,
boleh cuba ,,,bila perlu,kalau sakit.
Awas kalau berlaku kes over dos
atau keracunan panadol segera,temui doktor
untuk dapatkan rawatan antidote dengan Acetylcysteine.
Kalau tidak sesuai atau kurang power jumpa semula doctor.
Cuba ubat lain , hentikan pengambilan

,isu risiko elak rosak kidney,hati dan buah pinggang bayi termasuk yang G6pd,,,
lebih selamat guna sukatan 10mg-15mg/kg/dos berat badan ,,
EMM omg,,rasa bahaya jer guna 20mg/kg/dos ,,
kecuali kanak-kanak yang umur 4 tahun ke atas yang normal
dan punya isu obesiti yang wow,,gemuk nya,,dari luar ,,,
