Untuk Muslim sedia maklum,,
doa umpama senjata utama dalam kehidupan di dunia
Selepas baca doa makan makan yang seperti biasa itu ,,
sekadar beri ingatan .
Baca doa ini pula ketika mahu makan ubat(medicine).
Hadith riwayat Imam Bukhari dengan sumber
Abi Umamah r.a. sebagai berikut:
A’zubillah himminash syaitha niirajim.
Bismillah hirrah manirrahim,
Segala puji bagi Allah
yang telah memberikan kami
kecukupan dan kepuasan yang tidak ternilai
dan tidak pula tertolak.
Amin.
Boleh ulang doa ayat ini agar
boleh sembuh atau kurangkan kesakitan itu.
Tetapi andai sampai masa itu,,
semua orang ,tidak boleh tongkat dunia atau lawan kuasa Allah.
