Ubat apa jadi koleksi kali ini?
Tambah koleksi rakan frusemide dan hctz sebelum ini,dengan
tablet bernama Moduretic atas nama dagangan.Punya kombinasi
dua bahan kimia ubat bernama Amiloride Hcl kekuatan 5mg dan Hydrochlorothiazide 50mg dalam satu biji ubat Moduretic itu.
Indikasi:Untuk siapa dan kenapa guna ubat ini?
Untuk mereka yang di sahkan oleh doktor punya masalah berkaitan
edema dan darah tinggi itu
Cara ambil makan:Bila mahu makan ubat ini?
Ikut preskripsi doktor,ambil dan telan bersama segelas air kosong
selepas makan .
Di mana boleh temui ubat ini?
1.Melalui preskripsi doktor,secara percuma di farmasi klinik
dan hospital kerajaan Malaysia.
2.Melalui preskripsi doktor ,secara belian di kedai farmasi
persendirian,di farmasi hospital atau klinik pakar milik swasta.
3.Secara belian ,antara sumber rujukan kilang di Malaysia:
Duopharma (M) sdn bhd ,Lot 2599,Taman Klang Jaya,
Klang Selangor Malaysia.
Kesan sampingan:Bagaimanakah kesan sampingan ubat ini?
Secara ringkas:
1.Mula,loya ,muntah,
2.cirit atau sembelit
3.sakit perut,haus,,anorexia,,
4.badan letih ,lesu,kurang garam potassium
5.pening atau sakit kepala,
6.sukar tidur,telinga berdesing,depresi
7.kulit ruam ,,gatal,,
8.masalah deria rasa,
Cara simpanan:Bagaimana cara simpanan ubat ini?
1.Suhu bawah 25 darjah celcius
2.Lindung dari cahaya matahari atau panas melampau
3.Jauhi dari kanak-kanak
4.Simpan tempat bersih dan kering
5.Elak habuk,kotoran dan binatang.
Tarikh Luput:Bagaimana dengan tarikh luput ubat ini?
Rujuk tepi blister pack ubat berkaitan atau kotak ubat
atau pembekal.
Buang segera bila ubat rosak,kotor, atau tamat tempoh.
