Apakah ubat Erythromycin Ethylsuccinate itu?
Erythromycin Ethylsuccinate merupakan sejenis ubat dari bahan kimia yang popular.Setiap sebiji punya kekuatan sehingga 400mg bahan Erythromycin.Popular dengan panggilan nama tablet EES .Di ringkaskan,antara nama dagangan ialah Erythromycin ES 400mg.
Indikasi:Untuk siapa dan kenapa ambil makan EES 400mg ini?
Di guna sebagai ubat antibiotik atau mati kuman untuk orang dewasa dalam kes jangkitan berikut:
1.Batuk
2.Sakit tekak(pharyngitis)
3.Demam(fever)
4.Jangkitan(infeksi) pada saluran pernafasan
6.Jangkitan(infeksi) pada kulit dan tisu lembut
7.Jangkitan(infeksi) pada otitis media
8.masalah (problem) berkaitan syphilis
9.Pesakit (patient)yang alergi terhadap antibiotik jenis penicillin
Cara makan:Bagaimana dan sampai bila boleh makan ESS 400mg ini?
Makan ikut nasihat dan rawatan doktor bertauliah ikut preskripsi pada selang masa di tetapkan,
ketika selepas makan atau bersama makanan,,,jika tidak punya kesan alergik dan boleh sembuh jadi sihat,,
Dos ikut Pamphlet:
Dos biasa orang Dewasa:
400mg (1 biji) setiap 6 jam atau 4 kali dalam sehari atau
800mg (2biji) pada selang masa 12 jam atau 2 kali dalam sehari.
Dos maksimum:sehingga 4gm dalam sehari 24 jam ikut kadar jangkitan oleh doktor,,
Awas! Jangan cuba ambil tanpa nasihat dan rawatan dari doktor bertauliah,,
Jangan makan lebih dari dos yang di arahkan oleh doktor anda,elak kesan sampingan,,
Biasa saya akan makan dengan dos ikut selang masa 12 jam iaitu 400mg sebiji sahaja,,
di makan 2 kali dalam sehari jika punya jangkitan ringan sampai tempoh 5 hari
Jika punya jangkitan sangat teruk saya suka ambil 800mg sekali makan
2 kali dalam sehari selepas makan selang masa 12 jam,sampai tempoh 5 hari
Saya tidak makan ikut dos 400mg selang masa 6 jam atau 4 kali dalam sehari
elak kesan pedih ulu hati itu ,dalam usaha jaga kesihatan perut usus ,
dan elak kesan toksik di bawah,,
Jika masih tidak sembuh saya temui doktor dan cuba antibiotik jenis lain,,
terserah,,
Kesan Sampingan:Apakah kesan sampingan yang mungkin di temui?
Kesan baik ialah mampu hidup sihat bebas dari sakit,,
Kesan buruk:
1.Mual,loya atau muntah
2.Cirit birit(diarrhea)
3.Gangguan perut usus(distruption in the stomach intestines),kejang perut,pedih ulu hati
4.masalah tachycardia
5.Hepatotoxicity
6.Ototoxicity
7.Neurotoxicity
Kontraindikasi:
EES juga mengurangkan kesan tindakbalas ubat Theophylline atau Digoxin,jika di makan bersama-sama EES ,,bermakna dos ubat Theophylline atau Digoxin perlu di gandakan untuk sihat dan beri kesan buruk toksik ubat Theophylline atau Digoxin dalam badan,,terserah,,,
Cara Simpanan:
Seperti cara simpanan ubat jenis tablet yang lain
Tarikh Luput:Sampai bila tarikh luput EES?
Rujuk tepi blister pack ubat atau bungkusan semasa terima,,
