Hello,,,temui kali ini apa itu tablet Metronidazole ?
Tablet Metronidazole lagi ubat jenis biji/tablet
atas nama kimia agak popular.
Jenama(brand) kali ini juga bernama Metronidazole 200mg dan 400mg satu tablet.
Nama brand yang lain saya kenal ialah Flagyl 200mg sudah lebih 20 tahun.
Di luar negara seperti biasa tentu sekali punya brand dari pelbagai kompeni berdaftar tersendiri,,,
Jika suka boleh cari di farmasi sekitar anda,,,
Indikasi:
Untuk siapa dan kenapa pula ambil tablet Metronidazole?
Antibakteria.Lelaki(man) dan wanita
yang punya masalah infeksi bakteria jenis anaerobic ,protozoa,
Giardiasis,Trichomoniasis,acute necrotising ulcerative gingivitis,
acute dental infections,amoebiasis,balantidiasis,blastocystis hominis
Bacterial vaginosis biasa kepada wanita sahaja,,,,
(harap maaf,,guna ayat campuran,,
sebab masalah translate ,temui ayat sain yang lebih tepat guna ayat Bahasa Inggeris,,,)
Ringkas ayat merawat infeksi berikut:
1.infeksi di kulit dan tisu lembut termasuk gigi
2.Infeksi masalah Gynaecologic bagi wanita
3.Infeksi di tulang dan sendi
4.Infeksi di sistem saraf pusat termasuk meningitis dan brain abscess
Kontraindikasi:
Ibu mengandung peringkat awal/permulaan trimester,
pesakit yang punya alergik dengan metronidazole,,
Cara makan:
Bagaimana dan sampai bila mesti makan tablet Metronidazole ?
Ikut nasihat,rawatan dan preskripsi doktor yang bertauliah.
Ambil makan tablet Metronidazole bersama makanan atau selepas makan.
Tempoh(durasi) ambil biasa 5-10 hari atau ikut kadar infeksi kuman seperti arahan dari doktor anda,,
Kes lain-lain Biasa ambil dalam dos (tds)tiga kali sehari selang masa 8 jam,
paling popular.Jika masalah bacterial vaginosis boleh makan (bd) 2 kali dalam sehari.
Jangan ambil lebih dari (qid)empat kali sehari.
..Jika temui dos empat kali sehari,rujuk semula doktor anda,Terimakasih,,,,
Awas!
Jangan makan jika tidak mendapat rawatan dari doktor anda.
Henti makan jika terdapat kesan sampingan yang tidak baik,,,Terimakasih,,,
Kesan Sampingan:
Apakah kesan sampingan yang mungkin terjadi?
1.mual,loya atau/dan muntah
2.EpiGastric,kejang perut
3.Sakit kepala(headache),vertigo
4.Cirit(diarrhoea) atau
5.sembelit(constipation)
6.Masalah Candida
7.Kulit kering di sekitar mulut,vagina atau vulva
8.gatal kulit,urticaria,ruam,flushing
9.Di renal timbul dysuria,cystitis,pelvic pressure,air kencing tukar warna
10.Kesan paling serius ialah convulsive seizures dan peripheral neurophaty
11.depresi,sukar tidur,bingung,lemah lesu

Hello,,apa akan berlaku jika makan dos tablet Metronidazole cara berlebihan ?
Jika terlebih dos dari 6gm – 10.4gm ,selepas ambil 5 -7 hari,,selang sehari,,
temui masalah risiko malignant tumours,kesan Neurotoxic termasuk seizures dan peripheral neuraphaty
Jika terlebih single dos sehingga 15gm ,,
rasa loya atau mual,muntah,ataxia,,
Solusi lebih dos?
Tidak terdapat kaedah yang spesifik,,segera rujuk semula doktor anda,,,
Cara simpanan:
Bagaimana kaedah simpanan yang baik ?
1.Stor pada suhu bawah 25 darjah celcius
2.Lindungi(protect) dari cahaya panas
3,Jauh dari capaian anak kecil
4.Tempat bersih ,kering
Tarikh Luput:
Sampai bila boleh tahan di simpan ubat tablet Metronidazole ?
Rujuk kotak bungkusan atau blister ubat terkini semasa ambil/terima,Buang jika ubat rosak,
Kesimpulan:
Ringkas ayat,sila makan ikut dos yang sesuai sihat
Jika serasi biasa sakit cepat sembuh badan sihat ceria baik
Jika tidak serasi dan alergik sila henti segera untuk sihat
Walau kesan sampingan agak menakutkan namun ia tetap yang terbaik
