Salam pertengahan tahun mulai jun kini di 2014
Temui koleksi nota UBAT,NET kali ini bertajuk Insulin,Glargine.
Apa itu Insulin Glargine atau Lantus Solostar(R)?
Insulin Glargine adalah antara ubat jenis injek/suntik insulin
dalam pen tersedia kategori pakar ketika ini atau nama dagangan Lantus Solostar(R)
yang original,keluaran kompeni Sanofi aventis.
Kandungan dalam satu katrij ialah 300IU bersamaan 3 ml insulin Glargine.
5 Bahan(ingredients)) kimia aktif utama ialah:
1.Zinc
2.m-cresol
3.glycerol
4.Hydrochloric Acid
5.Sodium Hydroxide
6 Air untuk injeksi
Indikasi: Untuk siapa dan kenapa ambil ubat jenis Insulin Glargine ?
Untuk mereka yang mendapat rawatan kencing manis dengan doktor pakar itu,,
Diabetes Mellitus tahap satu untuk kanak-kanak umur 6 tahun ke atas hingga dewasa
Diabetes Mellitus tahap satu dan Dua untuk dewasa yang berkenaan,,
Biasa setelah ubat jenis lain kurang serasi atau tidak berkesan dalam usaha
rawat gejala sakit kencing manis,mereka yang tidak sensitif dan sesuai rawat
dengan insulin Glargine,,,walau kos rawatan di kira mahal,,
Cara ambil:Bagaimana dan sampai bila mesti guna Insulin Glargine?
Seperti cara ambil ubat jenis injeksi Actrapid,Insulatard dan Mixtard sebelum ini.
Tetapi jenis ini ia tersedia dalam pen tersendiri lebih kurang sama tetapi
bukan penNovo itu,sekali sehari ikut preskripsi doktor pakar itu,,
Namun sebelum guna injek pertama kali,,
Pen ini mesti di letakkan dalam suhu bilik bersama ubat berkenaan untuk tempoh 1-2 jam,,
Tidak boleh campur ubat insulin jenis lain,,
Kesan sampingan:Apakah kesan sampingan yang mungkin di dapati?
1.sakit(sick)di tempat injek,,keluar darah,lebam jika belum mahir injek,
2.gatal kulit(itchy skin)
3.tekanan darah rendah(hypotension)
4.Edema
5.turunkan(lower) kadar gula darah

Cara simpanan:Bagaimana cara simpan katrij Insulin Glargine tanpa pen dan jarum?
1.Suhu(temperature) 2-8 darjah celcius
2.Elak(avoid) tempat beku
3.Jauhi(keep away) dari anak kecil
4.Lindung(protect) dari cahaya panas
5.Elak (avoid)habuk dan kotoran
Cara simpan dan tempoh guna insulin Glargine Jika katrij ubat dalam pen tanpa jarum:
Guna selepas sekali guna pada suhu atas 25 darjah celcius
Dalam simpanan tempoh masa untuk 4 minggu sahaja
Lindung dari cahaya panas,
Tidak perlu simpan dalam peti sejuk,,
Tarikh Luput: Sampai bila ubat dalam peti sejuk di asing dari pen dan jarum tahan di simpan?
Rujuk bekalan ubat semasa di bekal atau tepi pen atau kotak bungkusan berkenaan,
Buang setelah tamat tempoh,atau rosak,,
